Develop and market your fashion and merchandising skills. Through designer case studies and collaborative group projects, learn about product development and brand management concepts, such as graphic design and fashion design. Gain experience in public relations, retail buying, trend spotting, and fashion publishing. Course content also covers fashion designers, designer lines, logos, taglines, networking, budgets, staging and rehearsals, fashion show production and promotion, press kits, models, photographers, venue, and dressers. Projects: Create an ad presentation board. Plan and market a fashion show event.
