Getting "A Head" of Drawing New

Draw realistic faces and create portraits that look just like your subject. Master fundamental techniques including hatching, crosshatching, stippling, and veiling to create shadows, tones, and gradation. Locate and define objects in your drawings with composition, block-in, and contour lines. Apply these beginner drawing techniques to draw what you see with confidence and accuracy. Then use your new skills to depict realistic faces with a striking resemblance to your subject.
