| With over 20 years of professional experience leading corporate HR programs within the defense and life sciences industries, Grace Gamsky is currently on the career path closest to her heart: building a community of learning and leadership within a nonprofit organization.
By tying organizational goals to staff activities and supporting an environment of inclusion that benefits everyone in the community, Gamsky's programs drive outstanding business and individual results. She notes, "I've always taken a holistic approach to employee engagement - our people are the key to creating an exceptional work environment. When HR builds programs that showcase the talents and gifts of all, and we reward them with more choices and control over their development, it's a win-win for them and the organization."
Gamsky is currently VP of Human Resources at Opportunity Village. A respected and active leader and presenter in local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Gamsky currently serves as Diversity and Inclusion Chair for the association's local board, Southern Nevada SHRM. She has held the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation since 2001 and also holds the new SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
