Originally from Cincinnati, Heath has been a Las Vegas resident for seven years and has held positions in the hospitality industry his entire life. Currently, he is a Sommelier at STK at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, a position he has held for over two years. Prior to that, he held the same position with the Nine Group at the Palms Casino. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas, Heath served as a manager with the Jeff Ruby Culinary Group in Cincinnati where he was responsible for all beverage cost, ordering and beverage/wine training for the staff of 3 restaurants.
Heath earned his Sommelier Certification through the International Sommelier Guild.
