Quickly review the line dances you learned in the beginning course, then move along into more advanced and different dances. The goal is to keep mentally fit as well as physically fit without all the hopping and jumping that you see and do at Stoney's. If you are ready to move beyond beginning dances but not ready to go all out, you will find this a nice continuation beyond the basics. Remember, you will work up a sweat while in class. Bring water always!
