Nonprofit Accelerator

This course is presented to present the best practices of nonprofit management in a participative, iterative, and applied manner. The knowledge gained will be used in an applied approach in which students will be asked to evaluate their participating organization against a standard and then organize a plan to make changes for sustainability. Specific attention will be paid to the work of nonprofit structure including, funding, board development, strategic planning, political/partner relationship building, and budget reporting.

The course will meet twice a month for two hours per session at a time and date that is mutually agreed upon by instructors and participants.
