This is an 8-week, self-paced online course. Modules cover core CX concepts including strategies for reframing your approach to business decisions, the customer journey, data-driven decisions, customer-focused innovation, customer relationship building, nurturing a customer-first culture, and working through organizational change. You will complete hands-on projects as you apply principles and techniques proven to drive CX innovation. A capstone project provides an opportunity to craft a Strategic CX Organizational Plan for your company.
