Office Politics: Navigating the Organization

Explore ways to deal effectively with office politics, increase your opportunities for success, and improve your social skills at work. Class will cover ways to identify and navigate organizational power dynamics, understand leadership and influence strategies, and how to deal with conflicts and competing work demands. You will participate in guided practice and develop strategies for your current work environments.
