Stop struggling with food, disliking your body, and following diets that only lead to disappointment and self-criticism. You can disrupt this unhealthy cycle and develop a new, positive relationship with food and your body through mindful eating. Mindful eating involves purposefully and non-judgmentally paying attention to what is happening right now within your body, mind, and heart, as well as what is happening outside in your environment. Additionally, you will practice mindfully investigating level of hunger, craving, fullness, satisfaction, eating patterns, body sensations, and gratitude for the body. Gain insight and awareness into your eating through experiential exercises, mindfulness practice, and at-home reinforcement over 6 weeks.
