Help your training clients move, feel, and live better. Specializing in Corrective Exercise with the National Academy of Sports Medicine can stretch your earning potential along with your clients’ abilities to reduce the risk of injury. This course will prepare you to become a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) and take your fitness career and ability to support your clients to new levels. You will learn how to assess clients in a way that better identifies their movement compensations—where they are weak or strong. You will hone your ability to use that knowledge to design effective and efficient exercise programs. Gain advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully work with clients suffering from musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances, or post-rehabilitation concerns. Your ability to assess clients will evolve from generalized to specific, breaking assessments down into smaller, more in-depth pieces so you can identify different parts of the body in need of attention. From clients who spend all day at a desk to professional athletes and everyone in between, NASM’s Corrective Exercise Specialist program will help you help them move and feel better. You will learn in an instructor-led environment while also accessing online content directly from NASM. NASM-CES certification exam is included in the registration fee.
