Sales Development Science

Meet ambitious sales targets by taking advantage of data and tools to get high-quality leads into your sales pipeline, close the sale, and retain long term customers. When you understand all of the key sales development concepts - Data Management, Customer Value Proposition and Insights, Customer Personas and Prospecting, Pipeline Management, and Opportunity Development - you can work more efficiently and effectively. Along the way, you will create a Strategic Sales Development Playbook with activities to advance a real-world company’s sales team efforts for increased sales performance and revenue. You will work in a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer environment to get hands-on experience with an industry-leading CRM technology. Delivered fully online, our 10-week Sales Development Science course is taught by industry experts. Each week features a new online learning module and the option to join a live/online, mentor-led session to take a deeper dive into the course material and engage with fellow learners. Prerequisite: No prerequisites necessary, but learners need to have a desire to learn and engage with a fast paced, hands-on curriculum created to drive career outcomes. Our mentors will work with you to help fill any knowledge gap and ensure you are getting a full experience.
