In recent years, the rapid shift to remote work and continued advancements in technology have significantly changed the way we work. Workplace flexibility is no longer an option, but a requirement for employee retention. For managers, leading a mixture of remote, hybrid, and in-person work teams brings an array of challenges and opportunities. This course will cover how to establish successful flexible work arrangements, redefining performance objectives, communication and collaboration techniques, and proactively avoiding disengagement with in-person teams.
