Learn the essentials needed in order to apply to become a licensed Bail Agent, including the relevant statutes and regulations, duties of licensee’s, records management, agreements, premiums and charges, collateral, apprehension and surrender, prohibited acts, advertising, bail forfeitures, and court terminating liability.
