Generational Diversity is defined as having a wide range of generations (different ages) represented in a Workplace. This course will explore different perspectives on race relations, employee’s equity, and gender equality in organizations. We’ll also discuss the successes and challenges that a multigenerational workforce presents such as innovation and adaptability versus conflict and the lack of understanding; focusing on how we can bridge the gap.
