ART For Families prioritizes both high-quality instruction and fostering community engagement through a rich variety of projects, ensuring a perfect mix of learning and enjoyment. Across five distinctive classes, participants delve into key areas of artistic exploration: Color Theory, Texture, Light & Shadow, Collage, and Abstract/Composition. Color Theory deepens understanding of the color wheel and harmony, while Texture unlocks techniques for adding tactile appeal. Light & Shadow hones skills in utilizing light sources effectively. Collage sparks creativity through the art of material fusion. Finally, Abstract/Composition inspires inventive experimentation with form and color, promising an enriching and enjoyable artistic journey for all involved.
This course is for Children and Adults 9+ with an interest in learning basic art techniques.
