The Success@Work program is a flexible, self-paced professional development program designed specifically for those ready to take the next step. The lessons, courses, and modules are specifically designed for individuals who are currently unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a fresh start in the professional world. Success@Work provides the essential education and skills needed to succeed in today’s job market.

Through a three-part series, participants will explore key topics that prepare them for real-world success, including:

• Foundational Skills: Learn the basics every professional needs to thrive.
• Workplace Success: Gain practical tools for job search strategies, navigating the workplace, and the benefits of your leadership style.
• Leveling Up: Develop power skills like communication, increasing your influence, and managing change.

The program is accessible on participants' schedules, offering the flexibility to learn at their own pace. Whether upgrading their current role or jumpstarting a new career, Success@Work equips individuals with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Participants will receive a Leaderverse Certificate of Completion for each module successfully completed.
