This fully online, self-paced course utilizes virtual lessons and labs to reinforce your knowledge of key project management principles. Via various simulations, gain experience planning and managing parameters associated with project initiation, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, communications, resources, procurements, stakeholders, and closure. You will complete self-paced, online labs that provide you with further insights into how you can better work with each of these parameters. The goal of this course is to provide a firm foundation from which you can better manage projects.
