To earn the National Association of Construction Management (NACP) Basic Construction Management Certificate, participants are required to complete an asynchronous, self-paced, online Basic Construction Management Course (28 hours), pass a certification exam (4 hours) for a total of 32 hours. To earn the Advanced Construction Management Certificate participants are required to complete an additional 2 day PMI-CP virtual Construction Management Fundamentals class.
