In this class series, you will learn the fundamentals of alignment and yoga postures through verbal and physical demonstrations. Each pose will prioritize student safety, stability and understanding. This course includes yoga, breathing and meditation exercises that can aid in self-regulation, nervous system healing and stress-induced illness prevention. By the end of the course, you'll be confident in setting intentions to improve physical, mental, spiritual, and social health. Utilizing self-reflection, controlled breathing, deep relaxation, and growth through meditation, you'll achieve better mental, emotional, and physical health, ultimately leading to a better quality of life.
The course will include certified yoga instructors . Wear comfortable clothing that won't limit mobility, bring your own yoga mat, water, towel.
