Boxing

Boxing is a high-energy and fun group workout. The instructor will demonstrate each move. This class is a mix of boxing, strength, power, and core work. It will increase your fitness levels while building your strength and confidence and put you on a path toward your goals.

Prerequisite: This is a beginner's level class; however, course participants will be expected to get down onto a mat on the floor and get back up
