Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Title 53-Labor and Industrial Relations, Chapters 616A-618. Discussion will include: industrial insurance (workers' compensation), administration, insurers, liability for provision of coverage, benefits for injury or death, prohibited acts, penalties and prosecution, occupational diseases, and Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration (NOSHA) statutes.
