A comprehensive development plan can help ensure success in your fundraising efforts by harnessing the strengths of your organization's leadership, staff, and volunteers. Participants will leave with a preliminary development plan for their organization, including a clear path to implementation and defined evaluation measures.

Prerequisite: Must have taken Responsible Fundraising or have comparable experience.
