The Federal Employment Law microcredential provides a foundation in national employment regulations that shape workplace policies and practices across industries. Participants examine key federal statutes—including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and NLRA—and learn to interpret how these laws interact in real organizational contexts. By analyzing case studies and best-practice models, learners gain the tools to promote compliance, prevent litigation, and ensure equitable treatment of employees.
To ensure students receive login information and access to classes, registration for online classes will be shut down 3 business days prior to the class start date unless otherwise noted.
