Change Management (3 session Bundle)

This course is a strategic laboratory for executive leaders and high-potential managers tasked with architecting resilient organizations in an era of constant disruption. Moving beyond tactical team supervision, this program empowers leaders to transition from ""managing people"" to ""architecting systems."" Participants will master the art of systemic diagnostics to identify the root causes of recurring organizational friction and design high-performing cultures that thrive on psychological safety, transparency, and innovation.

Description: This comprehensive bundle takes you from theory to high-level application.

Foundation (Session 1): The essential concepts and theoretical building blocks. Delivered in person, with remote access available via UNLVgo (Canvas) for flexibility.

Lab (Session 2): Hands-on, practitioner-led application. This session is strictly in person to facilitate collaborative learning and skill-building.

Mastery (Session 3): Final assessment and demonstration of competency. Delivered either in person or online, depending on the specific course requirements.
