This course equips mid-level managers and high-potential supervisors with a practical, structured approach to leading projects that align day-to-day execution with organizational strategy. Participants will learn how to define clear project foundations, build realistic schedules, and manage dependencies, resources, and risks using proven visual frameworks and modern project management tools. The course emphasizes people and stakeholder management, helping learners balance capacity, influence, and communication while maintaining momentum. Description: This comprehensive bundle takes you from theory to high-level application.

Foundation (Session 1): The essential concepts and theoretical building blocks. Delivered in person, with remote access available via UNLVgo (Canvas) for flexibility.

Lab (Session 2): Hands-on, practitioner-led application. This session is strictly in person to facilitate collaborative learning and skill-building.

Mastery (Session 3): Final assessment and demonstration of competency. Delivered either in person or online, depending on the specific course requirements.
