Strategic HR Management (3 session Bundle)

This course is the capstone experience of the Strategic HR & Analytics microcredential. It synthesizes the analytical skills learned in the previous course with the operational knowledge from the entire program to position the HR professional as a key strategic partner driving business outcomes.

Description: This comprehensive bundle takes you from theory to high-level application.

Foundation (Session 1): The essential concepts and theoretical building blocks. Delivered in person, with remote access available via UNLVgo (Canvas) for flexibility.

Lab (Session 2): Hands-on, practitioner-led application. This session is strictly in person to facilitate collaborative learning and skill-building.

Mastery (Session 3): Final assessment and demonstration of competency. Delivered either in person or online, depending on the specific course requirements.
