Workforce Planning (3 session Bundle)

This course is the initial component of the Talent Development microcredential, focusing on the strategic upstream process of forecasting, analyzing, and structuring the organization's current and future workforce needs. It moves HR beyond reactive hiring to proactive talent management. This course establishes the connection between business strategy and human resources. It teaches learners how to view employees as human capital and use systematic methodologies to ensure the organization has the right people, with the right skills, at the right time, to meet its strategic objectives.

Description: This comprehensive bundle takes you from theory to high-level application.

Foundation (Session 1): The essential concepts and theoretical building blocks. Delivered in person, with remote access available via UNLVgo (Canvas) for flexibility.

Lab (Session 2): Hands-on, practitioner-led application. This session is strictly in person to facilitate collaborative learning and skill-building.

Mastery (Session 3): Final assessment and demonstration of competency. Delivered either in person or online, depending on the specific course requirements.
