This course is the final component of the Talent Development microcredential, focusing on the essential supervisory skills of motivating, evaluating, and improving employee productivity and satisfaction. It provides learners with the strategies needed to build a high-performing culture where employees feel valued and consistently deliver results. This course brings together the strategic workforce needs (from Planning) and the legal boundaries (from HR Foundations) to focus on the daily people management skills required to maximize human capital.
