Explore the history and science behind Las Vegas’s iconic signage in this two-session course. Participants begin with a guided tour of The Neon Museum to see historic signs up close, followed by a hands-on class at UNLV led by our Collections Manager focused on Stardust artifacts. Learn how the Stardust sign was designed and built and discover the physics and chemistry behind neon’s signature glow.
The tour is July 11th at 8:30pm to 9:30pm and the class held at UNLV is July 18th from 3pm to 5pm.
