Beginning French I and Beginning French II is a course designed to provide learners with essential skills in conversational French, ideal for travel and everyday social situations. The course covers foundational vocabulary and key expressions, focusing on practical language use. It aims to build learners' confidence in speaking and understanding French, with an emphasis on proper pronunciation and communication in common real-life scenarios. Throughout the course, students will learn basic grammar, greetings, introductions, directions, and phrases for dining and shopping, laying a strong foundation for continued French learning and effective, culturally appropriate interactions.
