Digital Photography Basics

This course is designed for beginners and those seeking a refresher in digital photography. Emphasis will be placed on mastering manual mode to help you create high-quality, intentional images. You will learn to control key exposure settings—shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and white balance—to achieve specific creative outcomes. Additional topics include selecting the appropriate lenses for different scenarios, freezing motion, and utilizing depth of field to enhance subject emphasis. By the end of the course, you will have a deeper understanding of your camera’s capabilities and improved confidence in composing and capturing professional-looking photographs.

Prerequisite: No photography experience required.
