Business Administration Certificate

This course brings the learner’s focus to strategic data interpretation and business intelligence. Participants are equipped with the analytical tools necessary to measure the performance, cost, and financial impact of the workforce, allowing them to move beyond simple reporting (what happened) to predictive and prescriptive analytics (what should we do about it). This approach ensures that HR professionals can justify strategic investments and secure resources for human capital by demonstrating a clear link between talent initiatives and organizational success.

Foundation (Session 1): The essential concepts and theoretical building blocks. Delivered in person, with remote access available via UNLVgo (Canvas) for flexibility.
Lab (Session 2): Hands-on, practitioner-led application. This session is strictly in person to facilitate collaborative learning and skill-building.
Mastery (Session 3): Final assessment and demonstration of competency. Delivered either in person or online, depending on the specific course requirements.
