The modern leader must successfully navigate the pivot from functional oversight to high-stakes, data-informed leadership. In an era where human capital is the primary differentiator of market performance, "snapshots" of headcount are no longer sufficient. This course transitions learners from traditional administration to the sophisticated domain of applied analytics. By integrating formal analytical frameworks with workforce datasets learners build competency in data storytelling, trend analysis, and predictive modeling. Learners will master the art of "Data Storytelling," moving from raw tables to compelling trend lines. Ultimately, this course equips participants to provide "data, not anecdotes," when resources and reputations are at stake.
