Project Management Tools

This course equips mid-level managers and high-potential supervisors with a practical, structured approach to leading projects that align day-to-day execution with organizational strategy. Participants will learn how to define clear project foundations, build realistic schedules, and manage dependencies, resources, and risks using proven visual frameworks and modern project management tools. The course emphasizes people and stakeholder management, helping learners balance capacity, influence, and communication while maintaining momentum. Learners will also explore how automation and AI-driven insights can streamline workflows, flag potential issues early, and support data-informed decision-making through execution and closeout.
