"This course develops the mid-level manager's ability to see the "big picture" and translate strategy into action. Learners will analyze internal capacity and external market forces to determine organizational priorities. The course challenges participants to move beyond tactical problem-solving to develop measurable, long-term objectives that ensure their team's efforts directly align with the corporate vision.
