This course is a core component of the Talent Development microcredential, focusing on the practical and strategic methods required to effectively source, assess, and hire the talent identified during the workforce planning process. It provides learners with the tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring a legally compliant and positive candidate experience. This course integrates the legal compliance learned in the HR Foundations micro certificate with the strategic needs identified in Workforce Planning. The emphasis is on building a fair, efficient, and strategic hiring process that secures the best talent while enhancing the organization's employer brand. This course includes: Foundational Course: Oct 13 & 15 (Tues and Thurs) from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM Lab: Nov 07 (Sat) 8:30am to 10:30am Mastery Project Due: Nov 14 (Sat)
