This course is the second critical component of the HR Foundations micro certificate, moving beyond general HR ethics to focus intensely on the legal requirements that govern the employer-employee relationship in the United States, with specific attention to Nevada (NV) state law and Federal statutes. This course includes: Foundational Course: Sept 15 & 17 (Tues and Thurs) from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM Lab: Oct 10 (Sat) 8:30am to 10:30am Mastery Project Due: Oct 17 (Sat)
