This course is the final component of the HR Foundations micro certificate, focusing on the practical application of the HR laws and principles established in the first two courses. It is designed to equip learners with the ability to develop, communicate, and consistently administer core workplace policies, ensuring smooth organizational operation and clear employee expectations. This course shifts from the legal "why" to the administrative "how." It provides a systematic approach to translating legal requirements and organizational philosophies into clear, actionable documents that govern day-to-day employee conduct, performance, and total compensation.
