Foundations of Management

This foundational course equips managers with the essential structure for effective team governance and productivity. Participants will learn how to translate high-level organizational goals into clear, measurable team objectives and rhythms. The focus is on practical methods for resource allocation, effective delegation, and establishing consistent management cadences to ensure alignment and accountability across the team.

Foundational Courses: Oct 12 & 14 (Mon and Wed) from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Lab: Nov 7 (Sat) 8:30am to 10:30am
Mastery Project Due: Nov 14 (Sat): Mastery Project due
