Critical Thinking

This course introduces robust, structured methodologies to improve the quality and defensibility of managerial choices. Managers will learn to apply critical frameworks (e.g., using criteria-based matrices) to evaluate complex options and trade-offs. The course provides practical tools for facilitating effective decision-making meetings and creating transparent decision logs that promote organizational memory and trust.
