Beginning German Language & Culture

Learn German through its language, literature, and cultural traditions. This introductory course goes beyond basic vocabulary to explore how German culture shapes, and is shaped by, its language. Students will engage with German texts and contemporary media while building essential speaking, listening, and reading skills for everyday interactions. You will develop both linguistic confidence and a deeper appreciation for the rich heritage of the German-speaking world.
