Spanish Literature will provide a comprehensive view of Spanish literature from its beginnings through the ages. In addition to engaging with the texts, students will interpret the works within their social and historical contexts. The course will also include discussions on the various reasons these works remain relevant in the 21st century. A foundation of Spanish language experience is required so students can fully participate in the class.
Prerequisite: Spanish I or a basic understanding of the language.
