This course focuses on optimizing the human capital of a nonprofit through effective volunteer and board management. Participants will develop strategies for recruitment, training, motivation, and retention to maximize organizational capacity. This course includes: Foundational Course: Aug 25 & 27 (Tues and Thurs) from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM Lab: Sept 12 (Sat) 8:30am to 10:30am Mastery Project Due: Sept 19 (Sat)
