This foundational course explores the history, legal structure, and core operational differences of the nonprofit sector versus private business. Participants will establish a fundamental understanding of how to align mission, programs, and strategy for community impact. This course includes: Foundational Course: Sept 21 & 23 (Mon and Wed) from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM Lab: Oct 10 (Sat) 8:30am to 10:30am Mastery Project Due: Oct 17 (Sat)
