This five-week course offers an accessible introduction to Buddhism as a living practice of attention, compassion, and self-understanding. Each session will include guided meditation, discussion of core Buddhist ideas from a variety of traditions, and open conversation about how these teachings and practices may help with stress, uncertainty, relationships, and daily life. The course is open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs and is intended as an experiential, nonsectarian introduction to Buddhist practice in a spirit of curiosity, respect, and shared exploration.
