Zachariah Parry | Zachariah B. Parry, J.D. is a founder of the civil litigation firm Parry & Pfau. He concentrates his practice on business and contract law, fraud and white collar crime, and personal injury. He regularly litigates against parties with deep pockets like labor unions, racketeering enterprises, and insurance companies. He has experienced success on both sides of the table, including multiple multi-million dollar judgments on behalf of plaintiffs in fraud cases, and zero-dollar defense verdicts on behalf of clients unjustly sued. His real-world successes give Zach a wealth of experience to draw from when teaching UNLV's paralegal program. Zach currently teaches the Paralegal Practicum which consists of writing skills, legal skills, and law practice skills, and the law courses consisting of: Tort Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Civil Procedure and Family Law. |
