As the Chief People Officer for Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Kimberly Virtuoso brings vision to this
luxury destination where she is responsible for strategizing, developing, and implementing culture,
employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives. Mrs.
Virtuoso is focused on driving business results through the unique intersection of strategy, talent,
and culture, with a strong focus on employees, which are known as MEMBERS at Fontainebleau
Las Vegas.
With over a decade of industry experience, Mrs. Virtuoso joined the Fontainebleau Las Vegas
opening team in April 2022. Prior to joining Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Mrs. Virtuoso spent 7 years
at MGM Resorts International and served as the Executive Director of Corporate Human
Resources and previously served in a Senior Human Resources role for Caesars Entertainment.
Mrs. Virtuoso has prior hotel operations experience at Palms Casino Resort and the Ritz Carlton,
where she developed her passion for the hospitality industry. Mrs. Virtuoso most recently led a
Human Resources Consulting firm, partnering with private and public sectors to create and
implement talent planning, recruitment, labor relations, and learning and development initiatives.
Since 2019, Mrs. Virtuoso has been an instructor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where
she develops and facilitates courses in Emotional Intelligence, Communications, Leadership
Essentials, and Human Resources.
Mrs. Virtuoso holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University, a
bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from University of Nevada Las Vegas, and a
recognized certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
In recognition of her leadership and impact, Mrs. Virtuoso has received the Talent Acquisition
Leader of the Year Award from HRO in 2025 and a C-Suite Honor from Vegas Inc. in 2026.
Mrs. Virtuoso also serves as the Vice-Chairwoman of the Civil Services Board in Henderson,
Nevada. |
