The E.N.R.I.C.H. parenting workshop series, based on the book, E.N.R.I.C.H. Your Relationship With Your Child (Kruenegel-Farr, 2021), covers fourteen positive parenting strategies including such topics as encouragement, respect, consequences, and humor. Using the acronym "E.N.R.I.C.H.," parents can easily remember the various research-based techniques that have been proven to create a positive relationship between parent and any aged child. Each workshop session consists of learning about the different strategies followed by group discussion. To enhance learning between sessions, parents are encouraged to complete the workbook-style pages from the E.N.R.I.C.H. book which will then be discussed in the following sessions. These workshop topics provide a framework for parents as they assist their child or teen in their development. Using these fourteen positive parenting strategies makes parenting feel less daunting and more enjoyable, creating a solid foundation for all family members.
