We will cover 4 or 5 authors. If 5, I will suggest John Steinbeck, Dashiell Hammett, Stephen King, John Grisham and James Patterson. It is suggested that students choose at least 1 or 2 novels authored by these men and join in the discission of the books they have chosen. Multiple sources will be used during class presentation which may include Great Courses, valid You Tube presentations, film productions and class discussion.
