Activate both body and brain in this combination lecture-based/movement course, tailored for all fitness levels! Each week learners explore the science behind the brain-boosting benefits of a specific type of exercise, before engaging in 45 minutes of physical activity. Workouts will include "traditional" forms of exercise to perhaps the less familiar (but nonetheless engaging). Lifelong learners are guaranteed to move and groove, as well as flex and stretch!
